Lanre P. Abidakun (FCA)
Managing Partner
Lanre is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He attended prestigious Yaba College of Technology, where he graduated with HND in Accountancy and Finance in 1986. He started his professional training with Folorunsho Olaleye & Co. until 1995, when he decided to set up his own private practice, Lanre Abidakun & Co., Chartered Accountants, which he has injected a lot of dynamism and professional astuteness into. He later invited some competent professional colleagues to join him as partners.
Prior to setting up this accounting firm, he has worked in some Financial Institutions in management cadre and he has continued to bring the relevant experiences to bear in the quality of assignments delivered by him on behalf of the firm. He has attended relevant courses in receivership and liquidation and other management courses. Lanre is vast in auditing, taxation and receivership and has successfully handled many major assignments on behalf of various clients. His reputation and competence also earned him membership of the Governing Council of Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State from 2000 – 2003.
Adedamola H. Akinsiju (ACA)

Damola is a tenacious, analytical and dynamic individual with sold expertise in financial accounting, audit and taxation management services combined with robust communication and leadership abilities. He attended University of Lagos, Akoka-yaba, Lagos-state where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 2014. He started his professional career with Fortune Nigeria Media Limited and later joined the firm as an auditor. Presently, He is the Partner on Tax. This attainment is rooted in his vigorous and enterprising work ethics and is evident in his constant quest for knowledge and new information for better service delivery.

AKINWUNMI LAWAL (HND, MBA, FCIB, ACIP, FERP):
- He served as the Managing Director & CEO of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc(2014-2024), a Financial services institution in Nigeria offering banking products and services for both serving and retired Officers and men and women employed by the Nigeria Police Force as well as the general banking public.
- He has over thirty years of quality banking experience having previously worked with FSB International Bank Plc. (1987-1993) and United Commercial Bank (1993 -1994). He joined NPF Microfinance Bank Plc. over twenty- four (28) years ago and has served the Bank in various capacities such as Head of Accounts, Head Abuja Liaison Office, Head of Treasury, Head Financial Control and Head Enterprise Risk Management.
- He has participated in numerous high-volume, high-valued, multidisciplinary, and challenging projects. He was also the Treasurer of the prestigious Eko Club. He is presently the 1st Vice Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) Lagos State Branch.
- Mr. Akinwunmi Lawal holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology (1996) and MBA in Financial Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Microfinance Certified Banker. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professional and an Associate of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
- Mr. Lawal has attended various local and international banking management and leadership programmes. He is a team player whose experience makes him well suited to play a leading role in repositioning the Bank as a leading Microfinance Bank in the Microfinance subsector of the Banking Industry.
- He has won several awards and recognition including the Nigeria’s Top CEOs for Companies listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) now Nigerian Exchange Group.
Shekoni Femi

Femi Shekoni is a resourceful, dedicated and highly skilled Accountant with comprehensive experience in Public Sector, Profit Making and Non-For-Profit accounting. He is also a results-oriented development strategist with expertise in strategic communication, knowledge management, program design, effectiveness and learning, advocacy and design thinking.
Femi is a Fellowof the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), he also hold HND in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology Yaba Lagos. Femi possess Masters Degree in Business Administration with major in International Business Finance, from the prestigious Paris Graduate School of Management France; He just concluded another MSc. Program in Public Sector Accounting from Nasarawa State University awaiting the final submission of his thesis. He also possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
Femi have over thirty-five years post qualification exposure in Developmental Financing, Project Management Financing, Audit. Policies, Governance, Financial & Management Accountancy, General Administration, Auditing, Credit Analysis, Budget Development and Monitoring, Capacity Building for Finance and Non Finance Managers, Treasury Management, Taxation, Computer Literacy and Accounting Software Management to his credit.Through his years of experience, he have been able to deliver my task in-line with General Accepted Accounting Principles and donor policy.
Femi is presently the Engagement Partner of Shekoni Shekoni & Co. (Chartered Accountants) managing the accounting firm by leading the Audit and Tax Assignments, Supervising Quality Control and Peer Review, he represents clients on FIRS Tax Audit Exercise and Corporate Affairs Commission matters. He is proficient in Information and Communication Technology, especially Microsoft Office packages, Oracle Applications, Flexcube Banking Application, Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP), etc. He has worked in both the Government and Non Governmental Organisations for over two decades before setting up the Professional Services’ Firm.
A prolific writer, trainer, self driven, hardworking and highly cerebral individual who believes in honesty and team work, Femi is also a member of the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
